Waking up each day...

On a wintery day, the sunlight feels soooooooooooooooooooooo warm.



Some additional notes:

This was taken last Winter early in the morning from the balcony of a hotel we stayed at in Ibusuki.
Ibusuki part of Kagoshima (Kyushu, Japan) famous for hot sand baths: at the beach, the sand is black (volcanic deposits) and as the water washes over the sand, mists of steam rise up from it because it's actually hot, you wait in line wearing a yukata (japanese bathrobe) while they dig a hole for you to lie in and then they cover you from neck to toe with the hot sand and let you steam for about 20 minutes.

it's not too bad right now.. but yeah, forgetting to put the rubbish out for almost 2 weeks can cause a bit of a waft...
