Back from Kanoya!

Came back Saturday night feeling lethargic and tired.
We decided to go and eat at the katsu place so we dropped off my stuff at the Kirishima school (right near the bus stop where I got off,) and walked there.
I ordered a pretty interesting meal this time; I got the "ume-shiso tonkatsu" set. It was normal pork cutlet with plum and shiso paste sandwiched in the middle before being crumbed and fried, it had quite a kick to it. While I think it's kind of refreshing, I don't think I'll have that too often.

Yesterday was quite relaxing and lazy. We just bludged until the late afternoon when I managed to get Paul to take me to Handsman (home centre) to see if we could get the supplies I needed for my new hobby: eco-craft basket weaving. Turned out, they sold the stuff by the meter and was much cheaper than all the other places. Yatta~!

After going to Handsman, we continued on to "Happiness" for frozen berries to make smoothies with.

Oh, and I just remembered... I got some nectarines from the supermarket today!!! NECTARINES!! It's the second time I'd seen them in Japan, but it's the first time I'd seen such nice ones here.)
I forgot to take a photo... my phone is on its last bar of juice, but hopefully when I get back tonight I can still squeeze a photo out of it.

Anyway, off to work now. Jya ne!
