Having to keep tabs, the guilt has actually made me use less tissues. Noting that I started on 12 on day one, and I use tissues every day, the number of tissues I used have dramatically decreased...

I got myself a pair of nice chopsticks and a neat little cloth case/cover to put them in.
They'll go in my bag so that I won't have to use disposables when eating out.

Paul gave me the wonderful idea of keeping a tally of how many pairs of disposable chopsticks (wari-bashi) I avoided using. This also inspired me to keep a tally of the number of times I avoided plastic bags.
